KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 27 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will roll out tomorrow the landmark blueprint to transform the government's delivery system to the rakyat in line with his administration's "1Malaysia, People First, Performance Now" policy.
